At Mode The Label, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit in exchange for eligible returns. Please review our policy below:
Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items returned with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Jewelry, accessories, and hats

Intimates, bodysuits, or swimwear
Store Credit

All eligible returns will be issued store credit only (no refunds to original payment).

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card once your return is processed.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase.
How to Return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
